Cancellation and Refund Policy
​We strive to provide the best educational experience possible. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Write Ahead's refund policy is:

Cancellation before Course Commencement: If you cancel your enrollment before the course starts, you will receive a full refund, minus any applicable down payment and processing fees.

Cancellation before the 3rd Summer Class or 4th School-Year Class: Should you choose to withdraw before completing the 3rd summer class or 4th school-year class, you will receive a pro-rated refund, minus any applicable down payment and processing fees.

Subsequent Cancellations: For any drops after the specified classes, a 50% pro-rated refund will be issued, minus any applicable down payment and processing fees.
Payment
I agree to pay the tuition for my child's class. Payment is due in full after the second class. Invoices will be emailed to the first parent/guardian email provided above, prior to the beginning of class. For summer classes, I understand that my child's spot will not be confirmed until a non-refundable $100 down payment is received, which is invoiced upon registration. I also understand that a 1% late fee will be applied for each month the payment is overdue.
