Cancellation and Refund Policy

​We strive to provide the best possible educational experience. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Write Ahead's refund policy is:

  • Cancellation before Course Commencement: You will receive a full refund, minus any down payment and processing fees.

  • Cancellation before the 2nd summer class or 3rd school-year class: You will receive a prorated refund, minus any down payment and processing fees.

  • Subsequent Cancellations: You will receive a 50% pro-rated refund, minus any down payment and processing fees.

Payment

I agree to pay the tuition for my child's class. Payment is due in full before the second class. Invoices will be emailed to the first parent/guardian email provided above, prior to the beginning of class. For summer classes, I understand that my child's spot will not be confirmed until a non-refundable $100 down payment is submitted, which is invoiced upon registration. I also understand that a 1% late fee will be applied for each month the payment is overdue.
