Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best educational experience possible. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Write Ahead's refund policy is:

Cancellation before Course Commencement: If you cancel your enrollment before the course starts, you will receive a full refund, minus any applicable down payment and processing fees.
Cancellation before the 3rd Summer Class or 4th School-Year Class: Should you choose to withdraw before completing the 3rd summer class or 4th school-year class, you will receive a pro-rated refund, minus any applicable down payment and processing fees.
Subsequent Cancellations: For any drops after the specified classes, a 50% pro-rated refund will be issued, minus any applicable down payment and processing fees.

Payment

I agree to pay the tuition for my child's class. For summer classes your son or daughter's spot will not be confirmed until a non-refundable $100 down payment is received. Invoices for the down payment will be emailed upon registration. The remaining invoice will be emailed shortly before classes begin.
