Cancellation and Refund Policy
​We strive to provide the best possible educational experience. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Write Ahead's refund policy is:

Cancellation before Course Commencement: You will receive a full refund, minus any down payment and processing fees.

Cancellation before the 2nd summer class or 3rd school-year class: You will receive a full refund, minus any down payment and processing fees.

Subsequent Cancellations: You will receive a 50% pro-rated refund, minus any down payment and processing fees.
Payment
Full payment is due before each student's third class (school year) or second class (summer). Invoices will be emailed to the first parent/guardian email provided above. For summer classes, spots are not confirmed until a non-refundable $100 down payment is submitted, which is invoiced upon registration. A 1% late fee will be applied for each month payment is overdue.
